本ベータ版利用条件 (以下「本ベータ条件」といいます) は、株式会社meltain (以下「当社」といいます) が「OwnedAgent」のベータ版として提供する機能、 環境その他関連するサービス (以下「本ベータ版」といいます) の利用条件を定めるものです。
本ベータ版を利用する方 (以下「ベータ参加者」といいます) には、利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに加えて本ベータ条件が適用されます。 本ベータ条件と利用規約または個別の案内に矛盾がある場合、本ベータ版に関しては本ベータ条件が優先して適用されます。
1. ベータ版の利用
- 本ベータ版は、正式提供前の開発中サービスとして提供されます。
- ベータ参加者は、当社の事前の承諾なく、アカウント、アクセス権その他本ベータ版を利用する権利を第三者に譲渡、貸与または共有してはなりません。
- 法人または組織として本ベータ版を利用する場合、ベータ参加者は、当該法人または組織に本ベータ条件を遵守させる権限を有していることを表明し、保証するものとします。
2. ベータ版の性質
- 本ベータ版は開発中のサービスであり、仕様変更、機能の追加・削除、表示崩れ、不具合、生成失敗、データの消失、利用制限、中断または終了が生じる場合があります。
- 当社は、本ベータ版について、正式版としての提供、特定の機能の継続提供、生成物の正確性、完全性、有用性、適法性、第三者権利の非侵害、商用利用への適合性またはデータの永続的な保存を保証しません。
- ベータ参加者は、本番業務、重要な意思決定、法令・医療・金融・人事その他専門的判断、または代替困難なデータの唯一の保管場所として本ベータ版を利用しないものとします。
3. 入力データに関する注意
- ベータ参加者は、認証情報、決済情報、要配慮個人情報、権限なく取り扱う第三者の個人情報、未許諾の著作物・商標・ロゴ・人物画像その他の権利処理が未了の素材を、本ベータ版に入力またはアップロードしないものとします。
- ベータ参加者が未公開の事業情報、顧客情報、プロダクト情報その他機密性の高い情報を本ベータ版で扱う場合、必要に応じて伏せ字化、ダミーデータ化、抽象化その他の方法により、入力内容を必要最小限にするものとします。
- ベータ参加者は、入力データ、取り込み対象の URL、アップロード画像、生成物およびこれらの利用について、必要な権利、許諾および法的根拠を有していることを表明し、保証するものとします。
- 本ベータ版で生成された UI、コード、画像その他の生成物を公開、配布または商用利用する場合、ベータ参加者は、公開前に内容、権利関係、ライセンス、個人情報・秘密情報の有無、セキュリティおよび動作を自ら確認するものとします。
4. データおよびフィードバックの取扱い
- 本ベータ版における個人情報、入力データ、生成物、利用ログ、問い合わせ内容およびフィードバックの取扱いは、プライバシーポリシーに従います。
- 当社は、原則として、ベータ参加者の入力データ、生成物またはプロジェクト内容を人が直接閲覧することを前提としません。ただし、ベータ参加者からのサポート依頼、障害調査、セキュリティ対応、不正利用防止または法令上必要な対応のために必要な場合に限り、権限を有する担当者が必要最小限の範囲で確認することがあります。
- 当社は、本ベータ版の安定性、品質、利用状況および機能改善の検討のため、個人または組織を識別できない形式の統計情報、集計情報および技術ログを利用することがあります。
- ベータ参加者が任意で当社に提供した意見、要望、提案、レポートその他のフィードバックについて、当社は、本サービスおよび当社の関連サービスの改善、開発および運営のために利用できます。フィードバックの提供は任意であり、当社は、個人または組織が特定される形で事例紹介等に利用する場合、事前に別途承諾を得るものとします。
- 当社は、ベータ参加者の入力データおよび生成物を、当社の AI モデルの学習・開発の目的には使用しません。将来これに変更が生じる場合は、あらかじめ明示し、必要に応じて同意を得たうえで行います。
5. 共有および公開
- ベータ参加者は、自らの責任で、本ベータ版の利用感想、画面、動画、スクリーンショット、生成結果等を SNS、ブログ、動画配信、プレゼンテーションその他の方法で共有または公開できます。
- 前項の共有または公開にあたり、ベータ参加者は、第三者の個人情報、秘密情報、未許諾の素材、他のユーザーの情報、認証情報その他公開すべきでない情報が含まれないよう、自ら確認し、必要に応じてマスキングまたは削除するものとします。
- ベータ参加者は、当社が個別に秘密である旨を明示した情報、未公開の価格、ロードマップ、運用情報、セキュリティ上公開すべきでない情報、当社との非公開のやり取りを、当社の事前の承諾なく公開してはなりません。
- 当社は、公開内容がセキュリティ、プライバシー、第三者の権利または本サービスの運営に支障を生じさせるおそれがあると判断した場合、公開内容の修正または削除をお願いすることがあります。
6. 利用停止およびベータ終了
- 当社は、ベータ参加者が本ベータ条件、利用規約または法令に違反し、または違反するおそれがあると合理的に判断した場合、事前の通知なく、本ベータ版の全部または一部の利用停止、アクセス権の取消し、データの削除その他必要な措置をとることができます。
- 当社は、当社の判断により、本ベータ版の内容、提供期間、利用上限、対象者、料金、クレジット、データ移行の有無その他の条件を変更し、または本ベータ版を終了することができます。
- 本ベータ版の終了後、当社は、正式版への移行、有料プランの提供、データの継続利用、データのエクスポートまたは保存を保証しません。
7. 準用
本ベータ条件に定めのない事項については、利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。 本ベータ条件で用いる用語は、別段の定めがない限り、利用規約に定める意味を有します。

These Beta Terms govern the beta version of OwnedAgent provided by meltain, Inc., including beta features, environments, and related services.
Beta participants are subject to these Beta Terms in addition to the Terms of Service andPrivacy Policy. For the beta service, these Beta Terms control if they conflict with the Terms of Service or a beta notice.
1. Beta Use
- The beta is provided as a pre-release service that is still under development.
- Participants may not transfer, lend, or share accounts, access rights, or other beta access without our prior approval.
- If you use the beta for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Beta Nature
- The beta is under development and may change, fail, lose data, become unavailable, be limited, or end.
- We do not guarantee production availability, continued features, accuracy, completeness, usefulness, legality, non-infringement, commercial suitability, or permanent data storage.
- Do not use the beta for production work, important decisions, professional advice, or as the only place to store data that would be difficult to replace.
3. Input Data
- Do not submit credentials, payment information, sensitive personal information, third-party personal information you are not authorized to handle, or unlicensed copyrighted works, trademarks, logos, likenesses, or other materials.
- If you use unreleased business, customer, product, or other confidential information in the beta, you should limit what you submit and use redaction, dummy data, abstraction, or similar safeguards where appropriate.
- You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed for input data, imported URLs, uploaded images, generated output, and your use of them.
- Before publishing, distributing, or commercially using generated output, you are responsible for reviewing content, rights, licenses, personal or confidential information, security, and behavior.
4. Data And Feedback
- Personal information, input data, generated output, usage logs, support messages, and feedback are handled under the Privacy Policy.
- As a general rule, we do not operate the beta on the assumption that our personnel will directly view participant input data, generated output, or project content. However, authorized personnel may review the minimum necessary content when needed for a participant's support request, incident investigation, security response, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
- We may use statistics, aggregated information, and technical logs that do not identify an individual or organization to understand beta stability, quality, usage, and feature improvement opportunities.
- Participants may choose whether to provide feedback. We may use voluntarily provided comments, requests, suggestions, reports, and other feedback to improve, develop, and operate OwnedAgent and related services. We will obtain separate approval before using a participant's identifiable name or organization in a case study or public reference.
- We do not use participant input data or generated output to train or develop our AI models. If this changes, we will provide notice in advance and obtain consent where required.
5. Sharing And Public Posts
- Participants may share or publish their impressions, screens, videos, screenshots, generated output, and similar beta content on social media, blogs, video platforms, presentations, and other channels at their own responsibility.
- Before sharing or publishing, participants are responsible for confirming that the content does not include third-party personal information, confidential information, unlicensed materials, other users' information, credentials, or other information that should not be public. Participants should mask or remove such information where needed.
- Participants may not publish information that we individually identify as confidential, unreleased pricing, roadmaps, operational information, security-sensitive information, or non-public communications with us without our prior approval.
- We may ask participants to modify or remove public content if we believe it may create security, privacy, third-party rights, or service operation concerns.
6. Suspension And End Of Beta
- If we reasonably believe a participant has violated these terms, the Terms of Service, or applicable law, we may suspend beta access, revoke access rights, delete data, or take other necessary measures without prior notice.
- We may change beta features, duration, limits, participants, pricing, credits, migration availability, or other conditions, or end the beta at our discretion.
- After the beta ends, we do not guarantee migration to the general service, paid plan availability, continued use of data, export, or storage.
7. Other Terms
Matters not covered by these Beta Terms are governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Terms used here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service unless otherwise stated.
